Donors make donations to the fund through a special account.
2. Select
The Council reviews applications and approves projects.
3. Fund
We allocate grants and publish reports and metrics.
Fund Council
The Council consists of the fund's largest donors. The number of Council members is limited to 10 people. Decisions are made collectively. The current composition of the Council and the TFM Charter are publicly available.
